| 1) |
Candidates who have Master’s Degree must have completed a Master’s Degree in Applied Thai Traditional Medicine, Health Science fields such as Medical Sciences, Dental Sciences, Nursing Sciences, Physical Therapy or other related fields with similar degree from university in Thailand or other countries approved by the university council. Students must have a GPA score which is not less than 3.25 and have at least 1 publication in academically approved journal. In case of having a GPA less than 3.25, students must have work experience in related fields at least 2 years or receive approval to apply for the program by the graduate committee. This group of applicant must not be an independent study graduate. |

Candidates who have Bachelor’s Degree must have completed a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.), Doctor of Dental Surgery or other related fields with similar degree from university in Thailand or other countries approved by the university council. Students must have a GPA score which is not less than 3.50, with work experience in related fields and at least 1 publication in academically approved journal or receive approval to apply for the program by the graduate committee. |

Students who are studying Master of Science in Integrative Medicine at Chulabhorn International College of Medicine must comply with the following conditions: |

Students must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Sciences, Dental Sciences, Nursing Sciences, Physical Therapy, Applied Thai Traditional Medicine, Thai Medicine or related fields. Vocational license also needs to be presented or they have completed Bachelor’s Degree in Health Sciences, Public Health Sciences, Health Sciences or other related fields from the university approved by the university council. In addition, they must hold a GPA score which is not less than 3.50. |

Students studying Master of Science in Integrative Medicine must have a GPA score of 3.50 and already registered at least 12 credits. |

Advisors and lecturers can allow the students to study in doctoral degree in Integrative Medicine if the students pass all requirements and complete a dissertation with equal credits and duration to that of doctoral degree. |

Foreign students who use English as the main language must comply with the requirements 1) and 2). Those who get the scholarship must be qualified by the scholarship committee. |

| Students who do not meet one of the stated requirements or give any false information or intentionally conceal any information, they shall be terminated for applying to the programs although they can pass all entrance examinations. |
