| Send all documents (stated in topic no.4) together with completed online application form (pixel of scanned copies should not be less than 300 dpi). Documents must be sent before 30 April 2019. |
| Send a set of all evidence copies (with student’s signature) via post mail to Chulabhorn International College of Medicine, Thammasat University, Rangsit Campus, 99 Moo 18, Paholyothin Road, Khlong Nueng, Khlong Luang, Pathumthani, 12121, before 30 April 2019.. If the copies were sent to the address later than the specified date, it will be considered that the registration was waived and the registration fee cannot be claimed back. |
