On the day of the written examination, the candidate must present a valid national identification card or valid passport. Failure to do so will result in the candidate being barred from the examination.
On the day of the oral examination, the candidate will bring original documentations, to be hereafter shown to the exam proctors.

Identification card (original and a copy signed CERTIFIED TRUE COPY)
Certificate of English proficiency test result (original copy and 1 copy signed CERTIFIED TRUE COPY) if the applicant is waiting for the result please bring the document on the interview day.
Diploma; or high-school record through to the sixth year or high-school equivalency test results; or certificate from the international schools of Thailand which has been found commensurate with the program of study and has been certified by the Ministry of Education. A candidate who has graduated from a school in a foreign country must present a valid equivalency of knowledge certificate received from the Educational Information and Registry Group of the Office of Educational Testing (OET), Committee of Fundamental Education, Ministry of Education in order to verify he/she is qualified in accordance with the notification. An candidate who is eligible to enter the five-year program of study must bring his/her original transcript and one copy showing the candidate’s educational background in order to verify he/she is qualified in accordance with the notification.
Certificate of Surname Change Registration, when the name on the documents do not match. (Both original and copy)
If the documentation of the candidate is found to be less than complete, the applicant will be immediately declared ineligible for selection into the program.
