Applicants must be under 28 years old (age counted until 31st August 2026)
Education
1) Applicants must have completed study or be currently enrolled in senior high school or an equivalent program and expected to graduate in the current academic year with the programs approved by the Ministry of Education. OR
2) Applicants must have completed their study at domestic OR overseas international schools or are currently studying and expected to graduate in the current academic year, either Grade 12 (the American education system) or Year 13 (the British education system).
3) Applicants' transcripts must include examination results in the following subjects: 1) Biology, 2) Chemistry, and 3) Mathematics or Physics.
4) Applicants presenting a High School Certificate Equivalency must submit all required documents and comply with the equivalency criteria set by the Ministry of Education and the guidelines issued by Thammasat University (2564 B.E. Topic no. 4).
Applicants with a General Educational Development (GED) certificate are not accepted.
English Language Skills and Standard Knowledge
All applicants must submit proof of English proficiency by providing the result of one of the following tests:
1) IELTS (Academic or UKVI) Minimum overall score: 6.5 Note: IELTS One Skill Retake is not accepted.
2) TOEFL iBT (Internet-based Test) Minimum score: 79
3) TU-GET Paper-based test: minimum score of 550 OR Computer-based test: minimum score of 79
* English proficiency test scores must be no more than two years old at the time of the application deadline.
The University Clinical Aptitude Test (UCAT)
Only UCAT scores from the 2025 testing cycle will be considered.
The admission process and criteria are determined by the Selection Committee of the Doctor of Medicine (International Program).
Round: Inter Portfolio 1
1. The University Clinical Aptitude Test (UCAT)
Only UCAT scores from the 2025 testing cycle will be considered.
2. The portfolio must consist of no more than 10 pages on A4-sized paper (excluding the cover page, introduction, and table of contents). All content must be written in English, using an appropriate font style and size, and must adhere to the specified format;
Page 1: Profile (Personal Information / Self-Introduction / Statement of Purpose)
Page 2: Educational Background starting from secondary school (or its equivalent). (For applicants who are currently enrolled, an official letter from the school must be submitted to confirm the applicant’s current enrollment status).
Page 3: Academic Transcripts covering 4–6 semesters /or proof of graduation.
Page 4: English Language Proficiency Test Report
Page 5: UCAT (University Clinical Aptitude Test) Score Report
Page 6: Special Knowledge, Skills, and Professions
Page 7: Academic Activities, Research Projects, and Competitions
Page 8: Activities on Morality and Ethics; Nurturing and Promoting Arts, Culture, and Society
Page 9: Sports and Health Promotion Activities or Other Activities That Improve Social Skills
Page 10: Awards, Certificates, and Other Activities
Applicants are required to submit their portfolio in PDF format, with all supporting documents combined into a single file. The completed portfolio must be sent via email to med.inter.cicm@gmail.com, prior to the application deadline.
3. Medical Examination
(Applicable only to applicants who are selected and eligible for enrollment)
The medical examination report must be submitted on the day of signing the student contract for enrollment in the Doctor of Medicine program.
4. Interview
The interview will assess the applicant’s attitude and occupational suitability

Please carefully review all information provided in the official program admission announcement before submitting your application.
2. Online Registration
Candidates are required to register and input their information via the online admission system at www.cicm.tu.ac.th within the specified dates and times. Candidates are advised to save their admission details independently and to carefully verify all information for their own benefit.
3. Application Fee Payment
After completing the online application form, candidates must pay the application fee of 2,000 THB via a Thai Mobile Banking Application by scanning the QR code generated by the system. Once payment is made, the payment slip must be saved and uploaded to the system.
Note: All steps in this process must be completed within 30 minutes. Failure to complete the payment within the specified time frame will result in the automatic cancellation of the application, and all personal details submitted will be considered void. Once payment is successfully completed, the application will be considered valid. Please note that the university does not issue refunds for any application or examination fees under any circumstances.
4. Portfolio Submission
The portfolio must be submitted in PDF format, with all required documents combined into a single file. Portfolios must be emailed to med.inter.cicm@gmail.com before the application deadline.
Important: In the event that a candidate is later found to have failed to meet any of the stated requirements or to have submitted false or misleading information, they will be disqualified from enrollment in the Doctor of Medicine (International Program), regardless of whether they have already passed the admission process.
Application Fee: 2,000 THB
Interview Fee: 3,000 THB
For Thai students: 475,000 THB per semester
For International students: 495,000 THB per semester
