STUDENTS/ ACADEMIC YEAR
1. Applicants
must graduate or currently studying in senior high school (Thai program or
international program) or equivalent.
For applicants
who are still studying in the senior high school
- An official
document issued by school confirming that student is expected to graduate this
academic year.
- An official
transcript is showing the result of every semester throughout the program.
For applicants
who have completed senior high school, a supporting document issued by school
must be submitted as proof of completion.
2. Applicants
must not have any symptoms or be in a condition that would be a
serious obstacle to the study or have abnormalities that interfere with study,
such as blindness or blurred vision in both monocular and binoculars or color
blindness from moderate level or above It has a stereopsis perception of not
less than 40 secs of arc.
3. English

4. Applicants
who do not meet the English proficiency test scores requirement above shall not
be eligible for this program. However, applicants who have a total GPA of
English are not less than 3.00, and one of the English proficiency test scores
is below. In this case, they will be considered with additional conditions.

1. Portfolio (Approximately
15 pages, Thai or English) which includes
- Personal information,
self-introduction, education, grades and academic activities.
- Special
knowledge, skills, research and professions.
- Activities on
morality and ethics, nurturing and promoting arts, culture and society.
- English
proficiency test score.

Applicants' portfolio must submit in PDF file as the entire same file and sent
to email: cicm.document6@gmail.com.

2. Applicants must fill the online application form via http://eptumed.com/applyCICM/index.php within the specified date.
3. Applicants must check that everything is filled in correctly before paying the application fee.

6. If applicants want to cancel the selection program and apply for a new one, please following the steps as below.
